Integrative Telehealth for Women • Anxiety, Burnout, Grief & Life Transitions
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.
Jenni Swenson, LPC, LCPC, ATR-BC offers warm, evidence-informed therapy for women navigating anxiety, grief, big life changes, and more — all via secure telehealth from wherever you are.
Specialty support for women who are ready
You’ve been the steady one for everyone else.
You keep things moving, hold it all together, and on the outside it looks like you’re doing fine. But lately it’s heavier. The worry that doesn’t turn off, the grief that sneaks up on you, the feeling that you should be able to handle this — but you’re tired of doing it on your own.
Women come to Swenson Mental Health for support with:
- Anxiety & overwhelm — overthinking, second-guessing, never fully relaxing.
- Grief & loss — when the world expects you to be “back to normal” already.
- Life transitions — a move, divorce, new role, empty nest, or career change leaving you unsteady.
- Relationships & boundaries — you’re giving a lot and getting very little back.
- Integrative therapy & nervous-system regulation — on paper things look okay, but inside you feel stuck, numb, or disconnected from yourself.
You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear “issue” to bring. You just have to be a woman who’s ready for some support that’s finally for you. See Jenni’s approach and training →

Meet Jenni · LPC, LCPC, ATR-BC · 19 years of experience
Therapy that’s relaxed and very human
I’m Jenni Swenson, LPC, LCPC, ATR-BC. For the past 19 years I’ve walked alongside women through some of the hardest, messiest, and most tender seasons of their lives.
Therapy with me is grounded, warm, and deeply human. You are invited to come exactly as you are—whether that includes tears, quiet moments, unsure smiles, or shared laughter. There is room for all of your feelings here, and both tears and laughter are welcome.
My approach draws on somatic and nervous-system awareness, art therapy, CBT, and attachment-based work — tailored to what you actually need.
My job is to really know you, care about you, and help you make sense of what you’re carrying so it feels a little less heavy and a lot less lonely.

“You don’t need to perform or impress here. You get to be a whole person, not just the ‘strong one’ everyone relies on.”
