I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Southwestern College in 2007 and bring nineteen years of clinical counseling experience to our sessions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho.

Therapeutic Approach
My practice focuses exclusively on individual therapy for adults. I blend warm, person-centered talk therapies with somatic nervous system stabilization utilizing the Trauma Resiliency Model.
